As it turned out there was significant poor quality underlying work performed by the original builder discovered as the project progressed. Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. In the end the project was executed well and we are happy we made the decision to do business with his company. Highly recommended! "

He is a small businessman, does his own estimating, and is on the job working with and supervising his crew. .Mine was a big roof - about 35 squares or more of 30 year shingles. He was meticulous and thorough. He did everything in the contract , and more besides. There were no surprise add-ons. His price was significantly lower than the other bidders. Other bidders sent salesmen who only offered 50 year shingles, would not themselves be on the job and bid thousands of dollars more.
